REGISTER AS A SELLER
Opening your Free Seller Account
At Interiors – a room at a time, we bring sellers and buyers of used vintage home furnishings together. Both sellers and buyers can open a Free Account with us and become members of our marketplace. To open a new seller account, follow this link or click on the Register/Login link located in the upper-right section of the header.
You will be taken to a page that includes both register for a new account and login options. Complete the requested fields to create your new account (username, e-mail address and password). Then, indicate that you are opening an account as a Seller.
As you are registering as a seller, you will be requested to complete a few more fields – such as first name, last name, shop name, shop URL, address, phone number, captcha and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. Once completed, click on the REGISTER button.
By doing so, an email will be sent to the marketplace manager who will review your application as a seller. The manager will decide whether to accept or not you as a seller.
Important: to be informed about the result of your application, login into your account and check your Dashboard. If you see the message “Error! Your account is not enabled for selling, please contact the admin” like in the image below, it means the marketplace manager has not approved it yet. Please, allow up to 48 hours to review your account before it becomes active (or not).
Login into your Account
To login into your account, follow this link or click on the Register/Login link located in the upper-right section of the header. You will be taken to a page that includes both options to login and register for a new account. Complete the requested fields of the login section (username or e-mail address, password and captcha code) and, then, click on the LOGIN button.
If you have forgotten or lost your password, click on the Lost your password? link and follow the instructions.
Retrieving your Password
If you have forgotten or lost your password, follow this link or click on the Register/Login link located in the upper-right section of the header. You will be taken to a page that includes both register for a new account and login options. Under the login section you will find the link Lost your password?. Click on it. You will get to the RESET PASSWORD page. In the indicated field, enter your username or email address used when you registered on this website and click on RESET PASSWORD.
You will receive an e-mail with a link that will enable you to create a new password to login again into your account.
What Account Details can be edited/updated?
At anytime, you will be able to change the following account information: first name, last name, e-mail address and password. Your username cannot be changed.
In order to change any of the above mentioned account details, you have to login into your account and, then, within your Dashboard, you have to click on Edit Account (profile icon). There, you will have the chance to edit your first name, last name, e-mail address and password. To have your new details stored under your Dashboard, click on SAVE CHANGES.
Can I Buy and Sell with my Same Account
Yes, you can. At Interiors – a room at a time, you can buy and sell used vintage home furnishings with one single account.
If you initially registered as a Seller, you will be able to buy a product of our catalog without any additional registration process.
Logout from your Account
Closing your Free Account
If for whatever reason you decide to close your account with us, please, do send us an email at customersupport(at)interiorsaroom.com. Tell us your username and the email address you used when registered on our website. Also, we would appreciate if you could tell us why you decided so.
We will review your profile information. If we consider you have no pending issues with any members of our community or with us, we will delete your account from our databases with no further questions and will inform you once your data has been completely deleted. If, otherwise, we find pending issues to be resolved before deleting your account, we will get in touch with you via email and inform what actions you should take before we erase your information.
